Training content should cover safe controls, loading behaviour, reversing logic, routine checks, cleaning, wear observation and when to stop and escalate an abnormal condition.
Material-specific handover
A demonstration load is not the same as the full operating envelope. Handover should record feed limits, target output, variables and the configuration in use.
Agree the handover scope
Delivery responsibilities, commissioning location, training format, attendees, material availability and any later support should be written into the agreed order scope.
