SHAFTS & TOOLING
A mineral-duty configuration for reinforced concrete, concrete, construction debris, stone and selected mineral material.

SUITABLE MATERIALS CAN INCLUDE
Robust hammer tools break and crush mineral feed between the shafts and counter system. WERT's rotatable design exposes additional working surfaces.
Variable output size depending on the configuration, material and screen settings.
Hammer arrangement, gearbox mode, breaker bars and screen basket are selected as one assessed package.
Rotate tools only to the approved position and inspect faces, mounts, breaker bars and screens after abrasive or reinforced feed.
NEW MANUFACTURE VS REFURBISHMENT
Base-shaft condition, geometry, wear, machine interface and future application determine whether a rebuild or new assembly is appropriate.
For a new application, unserviceable base assembly or an approved replacement design.
For serviceable cores where worn working geometry can be recovered after inspection.
For compatible assemblies where the wear parts and counter system can be renewed correctly.

TOOLING FAQ
WERT states that its hammer tooling can be rotated to use further working surfaces. The correct procedure and remaining serviceability must be checked.
WERT publishes selected mineral configurations from approximately 0–35 mm to 0–100 mm, subject to verification for the chosen machine and feed.
