SHAFTS & TOOLING
The counter system and screen are part of the process configuration—not accessories to select independently of shafts and material.

SUITABLE MATERIALS CAN INCLUDE
Breaker bars and counter rakes control how material is presented back to the rotating tools; adjustable screens govern recirculation and the permitted discharge path.
For selected mineral configurations WERT publishes approximately 0–35 mm through 0–100 mm ranges, never as a universal guaranteed result.
The complete set must match the machine chamber, shaft geometry, drive mode and required output.
Inspect gaps, mounting points, edge condition and screen integrity. Uneven wear can change both load and output quality.
NEW MANUFACTURE VS REFURBISHMENT
Base-shaft condition, geometry, wear, machine interface and future application determine whether a rebuild or new assembly is appropriate.
For a new application, unserviceable base assembly or an approved replacement design.
For serviceable cores where worn working geometry can be recovered after inspection.
For compatible assemblies where the wear parts and counter system can be renewed correctly.

TOOLING FAQ
A chart is only a starting point. Material behaviour and shaft geometry must be considered before the screen is confirmed.
WERT manufactures counter tools for relevant applications, subject to the machine and chamber assessment.
