01Inspection before recommendation
A meaningful assessment starts with the machine make and model, shaft dimensions, tool pattern, wear profile, current material and the output you need. Photos and drawings help WERT identify whether the core assembly is a viable refurbishment candidate.
02New manufacture or rebuild
Refurbishment can recover working geometry where the base shaft remains serviceable. New manufacture may be appropriate where distortion, damage or a changed application makes repair unsuitable. Neither route is assumed before inspection.
03Multi-brand capability
WERT states that it manufactures and refurbishes components for numerous twin-shaft shredder makes. Availability is always subject to technical assessment and dimensional compatibility.

04Build an evidence pack
Send clear photographs, overall and working dimensions, serial details, material description, target output and any known damage. The tooling enquiry form keeps those facts linked to the correct request.
