SHAFTS & TOOLING
Purpose-selected tooling for light scrap, concrete railway sleepers, window profiles, sandwich profiles and other assessed metal-bearing material.

SUITABLE MATERIALS CAN INCLUDE
Metal-duty profiles apply controlled shearing and tearing to suitable sections rather than treating every metal item as interchangeable.
Variable output size depending on section, feed orientation and tooling configuration.
Detailed section drawings, material grades and machine dimensions are required before a shaft is specified.
Impact damage, edge rounding and shaft loading should be inspected frequently; dense or solid pieces outside the assessed duty must be excluded.
NEW MANUFACTURE VS REFURBISHMENT
Base-shaft condition, geometry, wear, machine interface and future application determine whether a rebuild or new assembly is appropriate.
For a new application, unserviceable base assembly or an approved replacement design.
For serviceable cores where worn working geometry can be recovered after inspection.
For compatible assemblies where the wear parts and counter system can be renewed correctly.
